Kylie Jenners style-Look for less

Kylie Jenner's style is an inspiration to a lot of people my age, so I thought it would be a good idea to do a look for less because lets face it who can really afford her Balenciaga cut out boots or her wide variety of Céline bags and Cartier love bracelets, lets be honest. So I have come up with a look for less; so that we can steal her style and our credit cards wont go crazy!

I'm going to be doing the Imats tag because I've seen others do it on blogger and YouTube before going and because I'm so exited for imats I want to it too!

I have never been before but I've wanted to go for about 2 years.

Not so much but a bit of shopping in places like forever 21 and brandy Melville would be nice as we don't have that where I live.

My april Favourites

Hello!


So this month for me has been quite successful with trying out new things and liking them so I thought a favourites post was relevant. I don't think there's that many things however these are just my favourites this month, and may be a little bit odd!

Firstly, I've been trying to keep my skin clear and nice so instead of using a foundation which I find heavy on my skin; I've rediscovered the Maybelline bb cream, which gives me a little less coverage as its a bb cream, but covers enough for it to do the job. What I like most is that it gives my skin an even skin tone making my skin look great even if its not.

Next, as I said I've been trying to control my breakouts so have discovered a new product which is the Clearasil ultra rapid action pads. The packaging is shockingly terrible, but just how amazing the product works makes it ok. I use them after I've washed my face to, prevent and get rid of spots and I cant explain how much this product has done wonders to my skin. Try it!

 Last month I've been using an app called 'my fitness pal' which tracks you food intake and is good for healthy eating, gaining or losing weight. I've been using it a lot as im trying to become healthier and I think its helped me a lot.

 

 

Next ones a little bit odd, but don't judge me. So its frozen kiwi, and because Im trying to 'get fit' when I want a healthy snack this is perfect. It may not be everyone's taste but I think it tastes like a ice-lolly only doesn't have all those chemicals and ingredients in it, just kiwi!

 

 

 My new favourite has to be Clinique's mascara. This is because it makes my lashes look volumous, natural and not clumpy. I think I even prefer it to Benefits there real mascara. Ive only got the travel size as I got it free when I purchased my Clinique chubby stick, so I may have to purchase the bigger size when I run out.

 

 

 

 

Lastly, I have been obsessing over halter necks and as the 2 week Easter/spring holiday just passed I had many the chance to wear them. Technically their not actually halter necks as they don't tie at the back but it looks the same so who checking? I got mine from Miss Selfridges if you were wondering and I believe they were about £12. I wear them with mainly jeans but that's because I live in England and shorts and skirts are a little risky right now.

 

 

 

 

So that was all my favourites, I think it was an odd selection of favourites but what can I say?

sheinside review

so I've been beyond exited for my delivery from sheinside for ages and it eventually came today, so I though why not review the company! I've seen other people review the site and ive read mixed reviews, but I thought why not add to them!

So firstly im not sponsored or getting paid and I bought this all with my own money, so this is my genuine opinion.

Anyways, over all I don't think I was impressed with the whole thing because, the postage took 16 days, which for my needy self is a LONG time. I understand that it would take quite along time as I heard that their based in Hong Kong or china or something which is in a different continent so obviously it would take along time but still, that's not great so heads up on that.

Then today when the package arrived I was a little surprised by how none of the clothing items had price tags on which worried me a little bit although everything seemed new so that's ok. But then my biggest issue was the sizing. I specifically made sure the measurements fit my body from the website so that they'd fit right and to be extra careful I ordered a size up because bigger is better right? Anyway the two pairs of jeans I ordered that came were too small and fit odd so that was disappointing. What's worse is that they were 'boyfriend' style jeans so are supposed to be extra big around the leg well they were skinny jeans and I know im no model but im pretty sure that's not how it was portrayed to be.



However on an up note the two t-shirts I ordered did fit and I cant wait to wear them although everything smelt a little bit weird. Also the sunglasses I ordered were fine but they were a little joke I don't know if ill wear them but I've seen it on tumblr and I'm basic so...

Overall, a little bit disappointed and probably wont order off them again, I'm trying to sent back them jeans but their not making it easy. But if I did order off them again I would avoid more precise things like shorts and trouser and just buy accessories and t-shirts as the sizing can vary.

Upcoming spring trends 2014 (my style)

I know that I'm 15 and don't know much as for fashion, however I enjoy it and so this is what i/ think I might be seeing later in the spring/summer.

So, recently i have been spending many hours online shopping which has angered me as i only have small pockets but yes i have noticed that halter necks are 'in' lately and i love them personally! At first i found them quite hard to find but i forever 21 has a good selection of them and top shops fairly good as well. What i love about them is that their so 90s and i love the fashion sense from the 90s. I was watching My mad fat diary (which i recommend highly btw) and me my sister and my friend didn't realise till later that its actually set in the 90s, because that style of fashion is so, 'in' at the moment and i really love chloes style but that's by the by.

Another up coming trend for me would be boyfriend jeans and again their very 90s but i love them urgh so much! What i love most about them is that their so versatile and suit so many body types and as a person who despises her body i find them easy to wear with out having the feeling people are judging me,  its great! Again on my late night online shopping, i found that sheinside is good for boyfriend jeans and have many styles, however i haven't ordered them yet, although hope to so i don't know what to expect from the quality and condition.

The upcoming sporty style is also to die for and 2 months ago i would have j'detested le style, what can i say im a changed woman! Its cute and very Miley Cyrus and tbh i love her, shes a feminist and i love everything about her but before i go off on a tangent, i think it adds a soft grunge edge which is my style lately so it fits.

Fresh start...hopefully

Hello, so lately or over the past year I've been feeling rather unproductive and uninspired  and i'm begging to try and change that. Hopefully...

Firstly, I am going to try and blog as that gives me a great sense of achievement, mainly because where ever I go my Dad always says "did you know, Sarah here has a blog..." hes a broken record but it's sweet. Little does he know i haven't posted in nearly a year. Anyway, off track. Basically yes hopefully I will blog more, I say more but really I haven't actually sat down for about 8 months and wrote anything. Again i'm feeling rather uninspired. And maybe if I make this blog a frequent thing then maybe it shall improve my terrible English!

As for everything else, im going to start to maybe exersice... wow that's a promise I think will be hard to keep but never the less, its worth a shot! I have this habbit where I walk into a shop, lets say Victoria secret and think maybe if I spend £36 on a pair of yoga pants im going to look like a model, well apparently it doesn't actually work like that. Though I just keep doing it!

Also, i have many issues mentally making me not want to leave the house and such stuff, so hopefully i could work on that, though again i feel as though that's an empty promise right there.

On a more positive note i'll tell you a little about myself as for any crazy one who clicked on this blog post you'll be thinking "who is she...".
Well, I'm Sarah, I am 15 years old, I live in England, have a strong passion for fashion (cant believe I just typed passion for fashion lol), enjoy listening to pierce the veil, the neighbourhood, the xx and music of that sort.
I'm not completely sure what i shall post about yet however it shall probably be about fashion, music and life.
I'm going to paint my nails white, then write a current favourites blog post then, most likely do 100 jumping jacks... ohh that new beginning!!!
